Our Company

ClearVision is a consulting firm that is focused on helping clients achieve sustained competitive advantage through sound strategic planning, operational excellence and effective use of technology.  Mike Chirveno, a veteran businessman with extensive experience in strategic planning, operations and technology, founded the firm in the fall of 2006.  Mike has also worked in sales management, customer service management, collection management, project management, information systems and training.  He has successfully worked with people at all positions of an organization from entry-level to c-level.  He has an undergraduate degree in education and a graduate degree in business (MBA).  He is an adjunct faculty member at a Kansas City area university teaching graduate students strategic planning and management information systems.  He is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants, a board member of the Kansas City chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants and a member of Media and Technology Council for the Gerson Lehrman Group.  He is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
